Edmundo Gonz\u00e1lez y a la ciudadana Mar\u00eda Corina Machado por actuar al margen de la Constituci\u00f3n y de la ley.<\/p>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0aea3a0 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<p>Un comunicado firmado por el fiscal general venezolano, Tarek William Saab, indic\u00f3 que Gonz\u00e1lez y Machado firmaron un \u201c\u00edrrito documento\u201d en el cual anunciaron falsamente un ganador de las elecciones presidenciales distinto al proclamado por el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE).<\/p>\n<div class=\"twitter-tweet CNE como \u201c\u00fanico \u00f3rgano calificado para hacerlo\u201d, y apunt\u00f3 que en ese documento \u201cse hace una abierta incitaci\u00f3n a funcionarios policiales y militares a la desobediencia de las leyes\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que en el citado pronunciamiento se evidencia la presunta comisi\u00f3n de los delitos de \u201cusurpaci\u00f3n de funciones, difusi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n falsa para causar zozobra, instigaci\u00f3n a la desobediencia de las leyes, instigaci\u00f3n a la insurrecci\u00f3n, asociaci\u00f3n para delinquir y conspiraci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda como titular de la acci\u00f3n penal, en su deber de ser garante de la paz y la estabilidad en el pa\u00eds, \u201cse mantendr\u00e1 vigilante ante cualquier acto que implique la generaci\u00f3n de violencia o zozobra en la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d y pretenda reeditar eventos que dejaron dolorosas heridas en toda la familia venezolana,
